BANGOR - The Bangor Cardinals improved to 5-0 with a 43-20 Scenic Bluffs Conference victory over the Brookwood Falcons Friday night.

The Falcons then followed with a touchdown that came on a long pass play.
The Cardinals answered back on their following series with a touchdown to retake the lead 8-6.
“After giving up the opening drive touchdown, I was happy we responded with a score the next drive” said Bangor coach Rick Muellenberg.
The Cardinals tacked on 14 more points in the second quarter to make the score heading into the half, 22-6.
Senior running back John Piske lead the Cardinals offense with a pair of touchdowns and an impressive 296 yards on 20 carries.
Ethan Anderson added 3 touchdowns and 89 yards on 17 carries, also adding a score for Bangor was senior back Alex Braun.
