Preps On The Net, based in West Bend, WI, was formed in May, 2007.  Preps On The Net is the first interactive Web site that features live-streaming or tape-delayed coverage of high school athletic and extracurricular activities.  Preps On The Net also offers daily high school coverage, unique feature videos and highlights, schedules and statistics for every school throughout the state of Wisconsin.  Preps On The Net is the only high school Web site that combines Academics with Athletics by providing opportunities for student participation in all forms of media.

Advancement in technology has now made it possible to provide a never before seen service throughout the world.  Preps On The Net has made Wisconsin the leader in streaming high school athletic events.  Preps On The Net is poised to provide this service and accomplish the following over our Web site...

Preps On The Net provides access to live stream and delay feed video over the Internet for Wisconsin high school athletics and other events.  This gives parents, family members, coaches, alumni and fans an unlimited supply of live and tape delayed-events.  We allow those who cannot attend in person, the opportunity to view the event.  We are able to capture and retain a memorable event for parents, without them having to film it themselves.

Preps On The Net focuses on teaming Academics with Athletics.  We provide students with valuable journalism, computer, filming and video streaming techniques.  Our senior writers work with high school English and Journalism departments to train student writers.  Student stories are then posted in their own section on the Preps On The Net Web site with their student byline.  Giving students this hands on experience opens doors for them and helps build college applications and resumes.

Preps On The Net conducts feature videos, feature stories and news.  Preps On The Net promotes players, coaches and teams through "Players to Watch," heart warming stories, highlights and interviews.  Preps On The Net shares in preseason previews, championship philosophies and "Coaching Concepts" through interactive interviews.

Preps On The Net provides up-to-date scores, statewide standings, conference leaders and individual statistics to view and compare.

Our Focus - The Schools:
Each school that participates with Preps On The Net receives more than $4,000 worth of camera, computer and video streaming equipment.  Schools have the option to use the Preps On The Net provided equipment for additional school functions, some of which include, but are not limited to: Christmas programs, band concerts, choir recitals, band competitions, classroom teaching, practice, game analysis, grade school tournaments, student athletes signing letters of intent, and graduations.

Preps On The Net features only the positive aspects of high school athletics and other extracurricular activities.  We feature NO blogs or forums.

Preps On The Net is a no cost program for schools.  Preps On The Net generates revenue for a school's athletic department through subscriptions, pay-per-view events and end of season DVD sales.

Wisconsin high school sports, through Preps On The Net, has become a leader in worldwide media coverage.  Schools are covered equally no matter their size or location.  Girl's sports are given equal coverage to boy's sports.  Preps On The Net visitors have come from all over the world.  College coaches have spent numerous hours on our site, watching potential recruits they normally would not be able to see.  Preps On The Net has been credited for allowing scholarship opportunities to be given from universities across the nation to Wisconsin players who maybe have been otherwise overlooked.

Preps On The Net has made a commitment to Wisconsin high schools to continue promoting sports and activities in the state from a positive viewpoint.  Preps On The Net is committed to being professional in all of our offered services and will continue to grow with the expansion of technology.
